Steam hose
The steam hoses are available with different designs for several areas and pressure level. The food quality hose is blue, while the industrial one is black. By that it's easy to distinguish the different temperatures flexible medium delivering hoses.
In our steam hose offer there are low and high pressure hoses, and other products, like teflon, are also available, metal and food industry hose, which are suitable for steam too.
The hoses can be delivered in the asked size with coupling.

THE PIN-PRICKED TECHNOLOGY - Steam hose
The main point of this technology that the surface got a needlestick treatment. The exterior layer is being pricked in equal distance from each other until it reached the reinforcement. The advantage of it that the over pressure is exiting through these holes. When the over pressure ends the holes are closing back, like the valve. Without them bubbles would evolve on the surface of the hose. Other great advantage of this technology that it does not change the basic features and pressure resistance of the hose.
