IBC couplings (adapter)

A közismert IBC vagy köbös, egyköbös, 1000 literes folyadék szállító és tároló tartályok alsó csatlakozása egy különleges menettel van ellátva. A termékleírásainkban ezt a menetet nevezzük IBC menetnek. Az általunk forgalmazott IBC csatlakozók lehetnek tömlővégesek, menetesek, vagy kamlok apa csatlakozók. 

Az IBC tartály csatlakozók anyaga elsősorban műanyag, leggyakrabban polipropilén (PP) ami nagyon jól ellenáll vegyi anyagokank, valamint a műanyag csatlakozót műanyag menettel összecsavarva kevésbé károsítják egymást (mechanikai sérülés) mint a fém-műanyag csatlakoztatásnál. A műanyag csatlakozók ára is kedvezőbb, mint a fémből készülteké. A műanyag IBC csatlakozók nyomásállósága és mechanikai ellenállósága természetesen nem egyenlő a fémből készült csatlakozókkal.
